    I feel very fortunate to have found Rentering to manage my property in Spain. Being in California and having property in another country can be stressful and complicated to manage with the time difference, language barrier, navigating local city laws and cultural differences. Sebastian not only speaks English but he is very detail-oriented and caring about his work and communication with me. I feel completely relaxed knowing he is taking good care of the property and he goes above and beyond when any issues arise. Needless to say he has proven himself to be 100% trustworthy. He has been amazing for me and I can very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a management company!!

    The stay at the villa was lovely. The place was beautiful. The arrangements for renting were easy. And we were treated as valued guests by the charming staff. Though we experienced no problems , we knew they would be available at all times should we have an issue.
